Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our supplements. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as you received it
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
For opened products, we may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion. Refunds are not available for opened products unless they are defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, unless defective
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products marked as final sale or clearance items
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at customerservice@lifemedinstitute.com to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package your return securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days, and credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In cases where we made an error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
